…according to the new edition of Animedia, this song is supposed to be a theme for a new Kirarin Revolution movie (title: Kirari to Atena to Umi no Uta), which should hit the theatres in May (around Golden Week). Tsuji will record the voice of Atena (anime character), so that’s where the project name comes from.

But there’s also another quote

according to cdjapan, the Athena:Tsuji single is the theme for a different, non-Kirari related anime in which Tsuji voices a character named Athena: Robby & Keroppi.
