BENNIE K is a J-Urban female duo that consists of rapper CICO and vocalist YUKI. They have been rolling in this industry for quite a while, and although I haven’t been following them trough the years I was a big fan of Sunrise.
So if you talked about BENNIE K I would know who you were talking about, but if you talked about 2BACKKA I would say; ‘who?’. I searched the internet for some snippets of (English) information about 2BACKKA but I kept stranding on Japanese site’s. What I didn’t know is that I already heard something from them on SEAMO’s Fly Away, -Rising Dragon feat.2BACKKA.
And now they are back with BENNIE K, Home.A song in the category; Urban, Rap, ‘Feel-good’.
Not a very catchy song, but I always melt hearing Yuki’s voice.
I did had to get used to 2BACKA’s singing,…..don’t quite know why. But it’s still a fine mixture between the two groups.
You should know by now that I always like ‘Feel-good’ rap.
